Slow Beauty Alchemy

Use morning or evening, after cleansing, as a daily Protective and Active Rejuvenation Treatment.

Apply after a water-based serum - this helps with absorption and locks in hydration, fending off dehydration.

Warm 3-6 drops in your fingertips/palms and breathe in the calming and grounding aroma.

Press fingertips/palms over face, ears, neck front and back, décolletage and hands.

YB Note: Facial oils perform best when applied to freshly misted or damp skin — oils need water to truly sink in. This allows the botanicals to absorb best, leaving the skin supple and nourished without the heavy feeling.

Preparation
Begin with clean, damp skin and apply a few drops of your favourite hydrating serum or oil. This provides the slip needed for a smooth glide and makes every stroke feel more comfortable.

Neck and Jawline
Hold GURU flat against your skin and, using light to medium pressure, sweep the U-shaped edge upward from the base of your neck to the base of your head. Then follow the contour of your jawbone, gliding from chin toward ear.

Cheeks
Flip to the flat side and gently sweep from the centre of your face outward beneath the cheekbones. At the end of each stroke, add a subtle wiggle for a refreshed, naturally lifted look.

Under-Eye and Brow
Switch to feather-light pressure as you sweep from the inner corner of your eye out to the temple. Then use the mini-comb edge to follow along the brow bone toward the hairline, easing the feeling of tension around the eyes.

Mouth and Chin
Glide around the mouth and chin, tracing the natural curves without applying pressure directly on sensitive lip tissue. This helps soften the appearance of fine lines and leaves the area looking fresh.

Scalp Massage
Use the toothed edge to gently massage your scalp in back-and-forth motions. This feels wonderfully calming and helps release the feeling of built-up tension.

Rinse GURU in hot, soapy water or wipe it down with rubbing alcohol. Towel-dry completely before sliding into its drawstring bag. Store in a cool, dry place until your next ritual.
