We want you to love what you order from Yunited Beauty. That’s why we’re here to help before you buy. If you are unsure about a product or its ingredients, our customer care team is just an email away. Our aim is to reduce unnecessary returns and packaging waste by helping you make confident decisions from the start. Every mindful purchase helps us minimise our environmental impact.

1. Order Finality


Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to us in advance with any questions before completing your purchase.

2. When Returns Are Accepted


Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

2.1 The item was damaged during delivery

2.2 The item has a manufacturing defect

2.3 You received the wrong item to the one in your order 

If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.


3. When Returns Are Not Accepted


We are unable to accept returns in the following cases: 

3.1 Change of mind; 

3.2 Unwanted gifts; and

3.3 Reactions or sensitivities after opening the product. As skin responses can vary between individuals, we recommend checking ingredient lists and consulting a medical professional if unsure. 


4. Product Condition Requirements


4.1 To be eligible for a return, the product must be maintained in its original packaging and may only be opened to the extent necessary to identify any issues. 

4.2 The product itself, such as bottles, jars, tubes, or seals, must be completely unused and unopened.


5. How to Report a Defective Item


If your order qualifies for a return, please contact us via email at support@yunitedbeauty.com  within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly include the following information in your message: your order number, the name or SKU of the product, and clear photographs or a brief video demonstrating the issue.

Upon review and approval of your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and proceed with either arranging a courier pickup or providing detailed return instructions based on your location.

Please ensure that the item is securely packed and shipped back to us within five calendar days. Note that returns cannot be accepted without a valid RA.

6. What Happens Next


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the issue is confirmed, you can choose:

6.1 A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

6.2 Store credit equal to the item’s value and any shipping fee paid

6.3 Store credit is issued as an electronic voucher to your account. It never expires, cannot be   transferred, and can’t be exchanged for cash.

7. Shipping Costs


If the return is approved, we will cover return shipping or reimburse it if you were asked to arrange delivery. If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.

8. Exchanges


Since we do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges for non-defective items are not available. Please carefully review product details—including ingredients, scent, size, or shade—before placing your order.
