Apply liberally to the face and body 15 minutes before sun exposure as the final step in your routine (apply first if wearing makeup). Reapply at least every 2 hours, and immediately after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating and after towel-drying.

For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Keep out of eyes; rinse with water to remove. Stop use and consult a doctor if rash occurs.
