Apply your favorite body oil to clean, dry skin to ensure smooth gliding and nourishment.
Grip the Body Restorer at a 45° angle to your skin for optimal pressure and flow.
Use gentle, one-way strokes (never back and forth). Repeat 8–10 times per area or adjust based on your body’s needs.
Mild redness may occur—this is normal. Breathe deeply and allow your body to respond naturally.
After your massage, drink water to help your lymphatic system flush and restore balance.
