Grip the Body Restorer at a 45° angle to your skin for optimal pressure and flow.

Use gentle, one-way strokes (never back and forth). Repeat 8–10 times per area or adjust based on your body’s needs.

Mild redness may occur—this is normal. Breathe deeply and allow your body to respond naturally.

After your massage, drink water to round off the ritual.

YB Note: Can also be used gently on the face and neck for a lifted, refreshed look. Glide over face oil with light pressure and slow, upward strokes from the center of the face toward the temples, finishing with downward movements from the jawline to the collarbone.
